Every day in Costa Rica, you see something that you would never witness in the states. Scenes such as four people on a bicycle, a motorcycle towing a car, and my favorite, a car going full speed down the highway in reverse. A Tico will not let a small matter of non-functioning forward gears stop them from getting somewhere.
